iPhone will not activate

Hi, I just got a new phone and put my original SIM card inside of it from my old one. I have a SIM card for Sprint that allows me to use either Sprint, Boost or Virgin Mobile for service but for some reason, this phone only recognizes the SIM as Sprint and will not allow me to call Virgin customer service. I went online to activate this phone and it tells me it does not recognize my device when I put in my IMEI. Can someone help me please?

Sorry to hear you've been experiencing this, Awarrington. Where did you purchase your new phone? Did the phone come without a SIM?
