The phone I previously had active on the account, a BYOD Product red iPhone 7+ after deactivating it with your service it is now showing as blacklisted. Before activating with your service the phone was showing free and clear and was fully unlocked. Now when I search the imei it is showing as blacklisted and stolen this is an issue because I am trying to sell the device and that takes away from the value. I am the first and only owner, I bought it free and clear from the Apple store so the only culprit could be this service. Please help.
