I have the same problem. Last night I got a message from Virgin Mobile that my pin had been changed and security questioned updated. I didn't do it. Also $71 was drawn through my PayPal account. I tried to contact Virgin Mobile through my phone, but it said account couldn't be verified. Also I don't have any signal (4G/3G sign) on my phone. Please look into this and help at the earliest.
