i had a temporary European SIM put into my Virgin Mobile (unlocked) iPhone 7 a couple of weeks ago, with the instructions that i could easily replace it with my original VM SIM when i returned. Sadly, this has not worked, though I have tried re-seating it several times, I still receive a "No SIM" message. I'm afraid I may have damaged the SIM. Last night I received a response from a customer service rep that I CANNOT have a replacement SIM because i have had my phone (purchased from VM) for over a year. He suggested I use an eraser to clean my SIM (didn't work) I have been a very happy VM customer for 10+ years and I really don't want to have to change providers, can you help me? I cannot call customer service, as I have no cell service currently. I am so sad.
