new activation no service

I just received my new iPhone 6s from virgin mobile. I entered all the information I needed to, I checked my account, and it says that my new phone is linked to my account but I have no service on it but I still have service on my old one. Somebody please help!

Don’t fret, KatC2275! We’ve got you. Can you please turn off your old device and perform a system update on the new one?
