Hi, I ordered the iphone 6s plus on the online shop for virgin mobile and when I clicked on 'complete purchase', it did not load onto a new page. So I clicked on it again 3 more times and still nothing. However, my credit card was charged 4 times and exceeded my credit balance.
Also, when I went onto my account to check on my order, nothingw as there. I only want 1 iphone, which I ordered to be delivered on the next business day.
Please resolve this soon.
I cannot get in contact with support through phone because I do not have a working phone at the moment.
