still won’t activate

Ive been trying to activate my phone for weeks and it still won’t work. This is the second time I’ve contacted costumer service about trying to activate my phone. I bought an unlocked iPhone XR from apple and I’m currently using the bring your own phone feature to order a SIM card for it. The first SIM card I was sent didn’t work then I contacted virgin mobile to fix it and you sent me a new one. I’m currently trying to activate my phone still with no success. It appears to work better than last time but I’m still having no luck when it comes to activating online. I usually get to the part where I can choose a new number or bring my old one. No matter what I choose the webpages won’t load. Please help me I just wanna get my phone working, this has been a huge problem and I’m very close to just switching providers

Hi there! Are you trying to activate that device on a new account? Do you have an active Virgin Mobile account?

I already have one, currently I have the $30 a month plan on an iPhone 6s. But I don’t own that phone any longer and wanna switch that plan to this phone.

Oh, I see. At the moment, only new customers are eligible to bring their own phone to Virgin Mobile, and only iPhones are compatible with this program. You can get more information here at https://www.virginmobileusa.com/plans/bring-your-device.html

Is there anyway to get this SIM card to work then? Could I open a new account and bring over this phone? Since I already paid for it, it would probably just be easier to open a new account even if I already paid for this months service and have to pay again.
