swap device-problem with the serial number you entered?

My phone just got replaced in the Apple store. They gave me a brand new phone. My Virgin service still not back. I tried to go to my account to swap device and got the error:

"There was a problem with the serial number you entered. Please check your device serial number and try entering it again."

Help!

Tried it all. Ended up calling in and working through the problem together. Works now. Thanks.

Try entering the MEID or IMEI instead of the serial number
