I'm unable to activate my new phone. When asked to enter my Virgin mobile PIN number (I don't have account so I don't have a PIN) or enter my birthday, I'm met with "The response you entered is not recognized. Please try again." I'm a new customer, so I'm not sure what to do to activate my phone, since I don't have an account, virgin mobile number, a PIN or anything.
